Booking Conditions

• To confirm a reservation, a deposit of 35% of the total amount is required.
• Full payment must be completed 30 days prior to the arrival date.
• Payment can be made via deposit or bank wire transfer.

Cancellations Policy:

• Cancellations made 0–30 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total amount will be charged.
• Cancellations made 31–60 days prior to arrival: 35% of the total amount will be charged (equal to the confirmation deposit).
• For cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival, deposits will be refunded in full.
  
• All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

Important Notes:

• Guided tours are based on your arrival day and are conducted on an intimate shared basis with fellow Scalesia Lodge guests at scheduled times**
• Itineraries are subject to change without prior notice. Modifications to the sequence of visits may occur due to flight schedules, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
• Our rates are based on a minimum of two guests. Please contact us for Solo Traveller rates.
